It's thru Alex R's story line, the fella in the mines :3 it's def one of the  juiciest story lines in the game 

Hacking Vion's cage isn't working for me, atleast I think. I've tried using "passwords" as well as pressing all kinds of buttons as well as combing thru the comments here to maybe get an idea. Anyone got better insight?  

-Edit- I scrolled more an found it, it's literally "unlock block" to those that see this wit the same struggle <3
